Absolutely amazing experience at this Peruvian restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm and welcoming. The food? Next level. Every dish was bursting with bold, authentic flavors — the ceviche Carretillero was fresh and zesty, the Pulpo a lo Anticuchi was perfectly cooked and packed with that signature Peruvian flair, and the Sushi Parrillero was a mixed of explosive flavors in your mouth. The atmosphere was vibrant but cozy and the attention on point. Flavia was super attentive and recommended us different plates to try. We also met Guayo, manager and great person... thanks for the coffee!! We also tried the Chocolate Cake and la Crema Volteada ... a must!!! If you’re looking for a spot that delivers incredible food, top-notch service, and a true taste of Peru, this is it. 10/10 — can’t wait to come back and visit their future

Excellent Peruvian restaurant in the Sunrise/ Fort Lauderdale! The service with Angelica was exceptional and great when you want to learn about Peruvian dishes and cuisine! The lomo salteados wok and regular were delicious! I recommend 100 %

We went on a moderately busy Sunday Night. Our waiter was Eugenio. He was attentive and helpful as we were not familiar with the Peruvian Fusion Cuisine. We got the Ceviche and the Salmon Quinoa Bowl. Both were delicious. We also got a Dragon Roll which was served in a way I've not experienced before, but I think I like it this way better. Through the whole meal, a young woman named Trinidad was running the dining room like a boss. She was taking care of the finest detail with ease and a smile. We finished our meal with the Chocolate Torte. WOW!!

Today I visited one of my favorite spots and try the following: -InkaBloom One of their incredible N/A beverage infused with aromatic herbs and fruits, drink had a nice presentation and flavor refreshing overall. -Rompe Chaufa de pollo Delicious and tasty portion of their fry rice with chicken 3 portion of sweet plantains and a nice sunny side up egg, to my personal taste probably to much red sweet peppers but other than that it was tasty. Over all experience was great as always.

Our experience at Embarcadero 41 in Sunrise was absolutely amazing! The food was incredibly good—every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The sushi acevichado was amazing. But what truly made our night special was the espectacular service, thanks to Rodrigo. His kindness, attention to detail, and warm energy made us feel so welcome. The perfect mix of delicious food, a great ambiance, and outstanding service—can’t wait to go back!

Valeria was a whole vibe! Friendly, fast, and somehow read our minds before we even needed anything. If great service were an Olympic sport, she’d have the gold and still refill your water with one hand. 10/10 would request her again!

The service is amazing . The manager is filled with love, kind , generous, considerate about everything. The waitress I had was named Santiago. i recommend him always, he explained the restaurant the food from other cultures and how it’s all connected with Peru & I’m peruvian myself . I promise this a place you wont forget, very classy, elegant, casual, formal, calm, great atmosphere i do not have one bad thing to say about this restaurant & CHEERS TO THE KITCHEN !!! I had to the tell the manager myself that they deserve a raise. Everyone in that kitchen is just top tier & if no one tells them enough that they are doing a fantastic job well I hope the kitchen reads this at some point and I want to personally say thank you so much for the food. I felt that love & effort you put into this food that it warmed my heart & made me feel genuinely happy . My mom is Peruvian and I’m very picky with Peruvian food and it honestly felt like home straight from Peru itself. I’m definitely coming back here daily and recommending everyone here. I live in miami and i don’t care I’ll forever make this drive to come to this place if I’m ever craving Peruvian food. All being said THANK YOU E41 for the service & the kitchen again for the food because you guys are the real number 1s they draw peoples attention for an amazing meal. Every thing all top tier . This place needs more recognition because you are missing out on this restaurant.

Food was fantastic, I highly recommend the grilled octopus. I would also recognize the great service that our server, Valeria provided, I asked her for recommendations, and it was 10/10. I will definitely come back again because of the great taste of food and excellent service!
